Where will you visit us?

Parfaitement situé dans le quartier de Getsemani (moins touristique et plus animé en soirée), l'hôtel permet d'accéder à la vieille ville en 15 minutes à pied mais aussi de déambuler dans les petites rues de ce quartier animé. L'hôtel n'en demeure pas moins très calme car à quelques rues des places les plus festives. La chambre était simplement mais mignonne. Le personnel, lui aussi, était très à l'écoute et à tout mis en œuvre pour nous aider à profiter de la ville (le gérant nous a aidé à trouvé une prof de salsa un dimanche à 17h pour un cours particulier).

Definitely stay at Zana. The staff could not have been more accommodating. Breakfast was good, the air conditioning was cold, the king bed was comfortable (I admit I like my down pillows but I survived!), hot shower, clean room, sheets and towels. It was a very pleasant stay. Our only desire was to take a break from the daily heat and jump in a pool. But they just don't have the space. They have tried and put a small Jacuzzi type dipping pool where breakfast is located. The 200 year old building is immaculately cared for and manicured. The pizza joint at the square on the block of Zana is great btw. My husband and I are from Florida and do not really care for the Miami vibe, so the Little Miami Bch part of town wasn't really on our radar anyways. Also, the beaches are not powdery white sand, nor is the water crystal clear. You have to take a tour/boat to get to Blanca beach for that. Once visiting that part of town, we realized we truly made the best decision We wanted to be in the old walled part of the city. Zana is a great location. We walked to the fort and we walked all over the walled city, each day and evening. We even walked back at night from the "Miami Bch" area to Zana. It was a perfect stay.

Our stay was fantastic at Zana Hotel, the location is fabulous very close to the walled city (7 mns walking), it is also 5 mns walk to the port where you can take the boats to isla del rosario or cholon as boats leaves very early in the morning this is a very important point to consider, from here you can also walk to restaurants, night clubs or bars. The staff is so friendly and willing to help. The highlight of this hotel from my point of view is the neighborhood where it is located (Getsemani) a traditional/historical area in Cartagena, this neighbourhood brought lots of changes to the country and to its people and it looks like a place stick on the time with its squares and locals hanging around. The hotel is a great option for those one looking for a confortable place to stay while discovering the culture and the history of Cartagena de Indias.

Estuvo excelente mi estadía en el hotel zänä, la atención estuvo muy buena, las instalaciones estaban aseadas y en buen estado, la comida estaba deliciosa, y la ubicación del hotel es central, queda cerca de una plaza súper colorida y de la ciudad vieja.

Goed hotel in leukste wijk van Cartagena. 1 min lopen naar Plaza Trinidad. Ze spreken redelijk Engels en willen je met allerlei dingen helpen. Ook een heerlijk dakterras met uitzicht over de stad. Aanrader!!!

Es un hotel muy completo que cuenta con aire acondicionado, duchas con agua caliente, una terraza con una vista maravillosa, un jacuzzi y desayunos deliciosos. Se ubica en el barrio Getsemani lo cual es de gran ventaja pues queda muy cerca al centro y a lugares de interes turistico dentro de la ciudad amurallada. La atención es excelente.

Desde que llegas al hotel ya te sientes como en casa. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y ordenadas. La atención por parte de todos los empleados fue impecable y extremadamente gentil. Es un hotel para ir y volver después! Te enamoras de Zana #Zanalovers
